Nacho Daddy, Las Vegas, Nevada

We had been looking forward to going to Nacho Daddy in Las Vegas as we had heard good things about it, but unfortunately, we just were not impressed with the food that we ended up getting. We were here late one night after visiting Fremont Street, and maybe it was because it was the bar crowd that the food suffered. Honestly, if your food doesn’t taste good when drunk, then it must be really bad… We recommend skipping this place and hitting up one of the many other vegan options that Las Vegas has to offer.

What we ordered

Quesadilla- Flour tortilla loaded with homemade vegan queso, vegan sour cream, pico de gallo & guacamole served on the side. This was totally decent and probably the best thing we ordered. Their homemade vegan queso is pretty good.

Quesadilla

Chick’n Nachos- Marinated chick’n, vegan queso, black beans, red & green bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, fire roasted corn, avocado lime salsita & pico de gallo on our house made spinach chips. We were very disappointed that these nachos weren’t very good, especially with a restaurant with “Nacho” in the name… It was basically green chips with a TON of onions… There was little to no cheese, so we had to ask for extra. There were maybe a couple pieces of chick’n and limited amounts of everything else. Hayden started picking out the onions and filled up an entire side plate, leaving very little on the nachos themselves… Super disappointing.

Spicy Burrito- Marinated vegan chick’n, lightly sautéed kale, black beans, cherry tomato pico de gallo, spicy red chili paste, wild rice served with homemade chips & salsa. Aaron ordered this burrito and as soon as he got it, he immediately ordered a side of the vegan queso because it was bland and boring. Adding the queso to the burrito made it better, but not by much.
