In reply to <a href="https://veganvoyagers.com/2016/09/finding-our-perfect-rv/#comment-3">Kimberly (RVTailgateLife)</a>.

Thanks for reaching out! We are extremely excited to get going on the road and starting our adventure. We had talked about doing an RV kind of like what you have, but ultimately since we are going to be in it full time with 7 animals and 3 people, we needed a bit more room to accommodate everyone.

We've already talked about doing this for awhile and if after a couple of years on the road we truly do love it, we will likely upgrade to a class A and continue on down the road.

You guys are taking the same approach I did with my RV. I bought what I call "Starter RV" to see if it made sense - could I drive this thing? Could I deal with the never ending list of maintenance items? What about the water/sewer part? I bought a smaller used RV from a friend (who I could ask a bunch of questions as I got started) when he upgraded. Cheap enough that I could get out of it if I wanted. Of course, now, I'm already looking at upgrading!
