Pellicer Creek Campground, St Augustine, Florida

Pellicer Creek Campground is located about 20 minutes south of downtown St. Augustine, Fl. The park itself is very quiet, with mostly full-time residents who leave for work during the day. Our site was back-in and a decent size, being able to park our truck in front of our rig and had full hookups.

They had some great amenities like laundry inside the office, some fun games including Cornhole (bags) and ladder golf, but the best part about this park was the access to the creek just feet from our doorstep. In the mornings, we were able to launch our kayaks right from the park and explore the many little trails that lead off the creek. It was so flat in the morning that the reflection from the trees looked like a mirror and was actually a little disorienting. We even saw an owl one morning perched up in a tree.

This park was quiet, in a convenient location, and had creek access, so we had zero complaints! We would definitely stay here again.

Internet

We completely dropped the ball and didn’t run any of our tests for our internet devices while staying here.  There is no camp wifi, but we had plenty of bandwidth on both our T-Mobile and AT&T connections to be able to work, upload videos, and stream Netflix without issues.
