Breakfast of Champions- DONUTS
Start your day off the right way by visiting Five Daughters Bakery for some donuts. They have three locations in the Nashville area, so head to the one closest to you and chow down on some sugary delight. Their flavors change seasonally and they have a pretty big selection of vegan donuts that are sure to make even the pickiest eater happy.
Visit the Parthenon
Yes, you read that correctly, there is an exact full-scale replica of the Parthenon from Athens, Greece, right in the middle of Nashville’s Centennial Park. It was built for Nashville’s Centennial Exposition which took place is 1897 and features a 42 foot Athena sculpture just like in the original. In fact, the castings were taken from the original sculptures. Inside the building, you’ll find the Nashville Art Museum.
Have lunch at The Southern V
An all-vegan restaurant that boasts “southern” style cuisine, is not to be missed on your trip to Nashville. With staples like Nashville Hot Chick’n, you won’t be disappointed with this home cooking cuisine. They serve some of the best collard greens we’ve ever had, so make sure to add that as one of your sides. They also feature a weekend brunch and some other southern staples like mac ‘n cheese, ribz, chick’n and waffles, and biscuits and gravy.
Spend the evening on Honky Tonk Row
Even if you’re not a country music fan, you can still have a grand ‘ole time wandering in and out of bars on Honky Tonk Row. With live music blasting from every venue you pass from 10am to 3am, you will find a venue that suits your needs. If you’re looking for a more immersive experience, we recommend The Big Bang Dueling Piano Bar. We had a blast singing along to every genre of music you could possibly think of. We don’t even drink alcohol and we still had a so much fun!
